Vacuum system for oil leakages
Recently Induvac has successfully developed and produced a mobile vacuum system for sucking up liquids. The system is used at a large petrochemical concern as an emergency facility in the event of leakages of oil or other liquids. The system is built on a trailer and is completely custom made. The heart of the system is an oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a capacity of 60 m3/h. The vacuum pump brings a vessel of more than 1000 liters under a vacuum. The oil is sucked into the tank by means of a vacuum lance, hoses and piping. At some point, the tank is full and is pumped empty into an external vessel via a liquid pump. The system is equipped with all the necessary instrumentation and protections to ensure that it functions safely. The trailer is completely galvanized and the electrical components have an insulation class of at least IP55. As a result, this mobile installation can withstand all weather conditions and the quality is guaranteed for a long time.
